Pinnacle Life Group is building a virtual life insurance sales team from the ground up - and we're handing you the leads, the scripts, and the training to go with it. No cold calling. No commuting. No ceiling on what you earn.
Free warm leads · Uncapped commission · No experience needed
A quick look at the role, the leads, and how agents actually get paid.
Most sales jobs hand you a phone book and wish you luck. We hand you a system that's already working - and a team that answers the phone when you need help.
You're not chasing strangers. Every prospect you speak with has already raised their hand and asked for information about coverage. You call people who want the call.
Word-for-word scripts, objection handling, and closing frameworks built from thousands of real conversations. You don't have to be a natural - you have to be coachable.
Live daily calls, one-on-one mentorship, recorded call reviews, and a full onboarding track. You'll know exactly what to do on day one and day one hundred.
A laptop, a headset, and Wi-Fi. That's the whole office. Set your own hours, work full-time or part-time, and build the schedule your life actually needs.
Straight commission with clear promotion tiers. Nobody caps your raise, nobody decides your worth in a performance review. Your production is your paycheck.
Hit your numbers and you don't just get a bigger commission - you get the option to build and lead your own agency inside Pinnacle, with overrides on your team.
Four steps. Most agents move from that first call to their first paid policy in about 30 days.
Grab thirty minutes on the calendar. We walk through the role, the numbers, and the expectations, then you ask whatever you want. No pressure, no pitch.
Don't have a life insurance license? Fine. We'll point you to the course, cover the study plan, and get you through the state exam. Most people finish in one to two weeks.
Onboarding, live call shadowing, and script drilling with your mentor. You'll listen to real sales before you ever run one of your own.
Leads get assigned, you start dialing, and your mentor stays on the line through your first weeks. Commissions are paid on a fast, predictable cycle.
This is commission-only, which means there's no salary floor - and no ceiling either. Here's how our production tiers are structured.
Licensing, onboarding, and your first policies with a mentor on the line.
Consistent lead flow, full script command, and a repeatable weekly rhythm.
You stop being the only producer and start building producers.
Income disclosure: The figures above reflect production ranges and are not a guarantee, promise, or projection of earnings. This is an independent, commission-only opportunity. Individual results depend entirely on effort, skill, licensing status, hours worked, and market conditions. Many agents earn less; some earn nothing.
Sales background is optional. Some of our strongest agents came from serving tables, driving trucks, and teaching classrooms. Here's what actually matters.
I managed a restaurant for nine years and averaged sixty hour weeks for a salary that never moved. I had zero sales background when I started here. The scripts and the daily calls did the heavy lifting, and my mentor sat on my first eleven appointments. Eight months in I am home for dinner every night.
I started part time while I was still teaching, two hours a night after my kids went down. What sold me was that the leads were already warm. I was not calling strangers or working my friends and family. I went full time after five months and I am building my own team now.
I came from a warehouse floor and I was convinced I was not a sales person. Turns out this is less about being smooth and more about showing up and following the process. They recorded my calls and told me exactly what to fix. That feedback loop is the whole thing.
Not to apply. You do need one before you can sell. If you're unlicensed, we'll show you exactly which pre-licensing course to take, help you study, and get you through your state exam - most people finish in one to two weeks. Licensing fees are your responsibility and typically run a couple hundred dollars depending on your state.
No. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid on commission. There's no base salary, no hourly wage, and no guaranteed income. In exchange, there's no cap on what you can earn and you control your own schedule. If you need a guaranteed paycheck on day one, this isn't the right fit - and we'd rather tell you that up front.
No. Warm leads are provided to you at no cost - people who have already requested information about coverage. You'll never be asked to cold call, work your friends and family, or pay us for a lead list.
No. A large share of our team came in with zero sales background. The scripts, the training, and the mentorship exist precisely so that experience isn't the barrier. What we can't install is work ethic and coachability.
Yes. Plenty of agents start on nights and weekends while keeping their current job, then transition once their commissions justify it. You'll get less lead flow part-time, but the door is open.
Anywhere in the United States. Everything is virtual - training, sales calls, and team meetings. You'll be licensed in your resident state first, and we'll help you add non-resident states as you grow.
Thirty minutes, one on one. We lay out the role honestly, including the parts people don't like, walk through how the compensation actually works, and answer whatever you want to ask. You are not obligated to anything by booking. If it is a mutual fit, we move to next steps that same week.
Usually within a day or two. Pick any open slot that fits your schedule, including evenings and weekends. If nothing on the calendar works for you, email us and we will find a time.
There's no fee to join Pinnacle Life Group and no purchase required. You are responsible for your own state licensing costs and exam fees, which are paid to your state and course provider, not to us.
Thirty minutes, one on one. Choose whatever slot fits your schedule.
Thirty minutes, zero pressure, no obligation. We will tell you exactly what the role is, what it pays, and what it takes, and you decide from there.
